Santa Cruz Renewables is by far one the finest businesses I’ve done business with. Jacy was straight forward and up front, provided excellent service, and there were no surprises. Santa Cruz Renewables provided a personalized service that fit our exact needs, we got a personal phone call from Jacy before, during, and after our solar install. He answered all our questions every step of the way, regardless of how insignificant it may have seemed. I was amazed to get a random phone call a few weeks after the install, simply to ask how everything was working, if we had any questions and if there was anything that we needed assistance with. Jacy has personally taken on this project and has jumped through hoops with PG&E as well as our county to get everything straightened out and our solar system hooked up the way we want it. Without Jacy’s guidance and assistance, we would have been lost trying to get this done.

We’ve always wanted to support small businesses and we were happy to have Santa Cruz Renewable to take care of our solar project. Even though the project took longer than expected due to the pandemic (due to the closure of government) Jacy kept us updated with the progress and he really took care of us during the process. If you want your solar done at a great competitive cost, great service, this is the company to go to.
Working with Jacy and his team was a very good experience. My house’s installation was not easy due to the roof’s very steep slope and limited space. They worked very hard to make it come out looking and working great and immediately fixed/modified anything I did not like. He followed up with the city and PGE to make sure I get all the appropriate approvals and promptly fixed any issues. I highly recommend him.

Santa Cruz Renewables did a fantastic job on my installation. I have an LG Chem battery they installed as well. It works great. The grid from PG&E can drop and my solar takes over during the day and the battery is used at night. Thanks Jacy and the entire Santa Cruz Renewables Team.
